Recruitment division functions under a comprehensive recruitment policy to ensure a wide based and right kind of personnel for its clients to ensure absolute security. The professional managing this division are not only specialists in security but are also experts in human psychology and personnel educational management. Eligibility for selection is based on specially designed criteria of physical and educational standards best suited to the job. Our product i.e. the guard is to be recruited and selected as per our laid down selection norms. Each guard of ours is recruited and selected on the basis of physical well being, medical clearance, experience, education and mental ability. Each guard prior to being enrolled is subjected to intense interview with original document by our recruiting department.
Our Essential Recruitment Policy for Quality requirement
PSARA Certified
Must be physically fit and mentally robust
Minimum height 5’8”
10th pass but 12th pass preferred
Age between 21 & 48 years
Should be able to read and write Hindi and English
Extensive IQ and physical testing




Verification By
Dynamic Group® security service's training program includes a rigorous verification process by the police, submission of discharge books for ex-servicemen, personal bio-data, and education qualification certificates. Our field staff conducts personal verifications to ensure utmost reliability.

Training
We run a PSARA certified training center in Udaipur where we train our security guards as well as security guards of other companies. Education and training go hand in hand. Continuous and concurrent training is a pillar of any good service. Training and use of latest high-tech security aids and firefighting equipment are essential tools of modern security. Training is an on-going process. At our training center on successful completion of the selection requirements, each applicant is required to attend an orientation class and undergo pre assignment training under certified instructors. After 10 days of physical training at our sprawling physical training center, practical training is imparted specialized instructor with army or Para-military background. During training besides security, extra emphasis is laid on the fire fighting drill, mannerisms, customer interaction, behavioral and independent decision making. If any trainee does not measure up to the standards set by the company he is not retained. We maintain and constantly update a library of training and deployment videos as well as other resources to ensure that we impart the very best and the latest in training methodologies. Special On Job Training (OJT) is conducted at your location to meet your personal requirements. Refresher training capsules on security subjects, fire fighting and first aid is also conducted periodically to ensure that desired skill levels are maintained. Our Supervisory officers are fully trained in all security matters and responsible for the conduct of the security personnel under their control.
